Challenge: Design and build a low-cost solution to make indoor tabletop cooking safe and fun
Summary: As grilling grows in popularity, at-home solutions like smokeless grills have emerged to manage smoke and odors, though they cannot fully eliminate them. Indoor grilling also requires constant attention, often isolating the cook or distracting diners from the social aspect of the meal. The solution is a portable range hood combined with an automatic food flipper. The portable rangehood effectively captures and filters cooking fumes and odors, while the automatic food flipper ensures even cooking and reduces manual handling, making the indoor cooking experience safer and more enjoyable.
